But the content as mentioned above must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, inappropriate, and must not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam. When registering or providing information related to the services of GMS Products Inc., it is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password and any other information you provide. It is your responsibility to restrict access to your account and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or other services you have signed up for. GMS has the right at any time to suspend or terminate your account, if suspected and/or proved that actions performed by you or your account are not in accord with our terms and conditions.
GMS sells products for babies and children, but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method.

DELIVERY/ORDER FULFILLMENT

Once online order is placed with GMS Products Inc, we will communicate with you via the contact information you provided and confirm your order, location, and delivery.
Delivery is only available throughout the country of Barbados.
We try our best to fulfill orders within 24hrs of your approval to proceed.
Our business is closed on Saturdays and Sundays; therefore our shipments take place on weekdays (from Monday-Friday).
We offer free delivery on orders over $75.00 VAT Inclusive. There will be a $10.00 delivery fee (VAT inclusive) for orders under $75.00. Shipping costs will be shown in checkout when purchasing online.
If there is any damage to products when delivered or any questions, comments or concerns relating to the products, please email orders@gmsbb.com and we will make it our priority to reply as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

GMS Products Inc. will allow full return and refund of products that have been unopened, and still in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns will need a valid proof and date of purchase.
